Why Should I Do Controlled Articular Rotations?

This is WHY

The black circles represent the passive range available to any given joint in your body, now and later.

❌ The red circle represents how much of a given joint’s passive range is explored and expressed actively on a regular basis by the general public.

✅ The green circle represents that joint being fully explored and expressed actively every day during the FRC-inspired morning CARs routine.

So we need to do these #everydamnday

What Will You Get Out Of This Course?

With this course, just like most things in life, your results are based on how much effort you put in.

How Often Should You Do This?

1x per day but ideally 2x per day!! I suggest doing these every morning and evening just like you would brush & floss your teeth.

Why Do You Even Need Mobility?

Joint health is easily overlooked or even ignored entirely. Stretching is usually the first thing people think of when it comes to increasing range of motion or even for recovery. But those are soft tissue interventions. The root cause of movement is neurological, which is based on your joint's ability to function then the soft tissue moves the bones around that available space. To get to the ranges you want/need to perform the abilities you want, and to keep your body resilient you need to teach it control and strength in your joint's space.

Marti W.

I have been personal training with Joe for seven months and have really enjoyed working with him compared to other trainers in the past, especially his approach that focuses on mobility.

As I have been working with Joe I feel more confident that I will not injure myself in workout classes and when I workout on my own because I am more aware of my body, its limits and what it can achieve.
