Fitness Coaching

Through a movement based assessment followed by a joint by joint assessment we are able to create a program that fits your body's specific needs.

By focusing on improving our weak links we decrease our risk of injury while increasing our body's ability to perform. With that performance we can reach our goals in a more efficient manner and actually reach them faster.

The goals in which you want to achieve will also last because of the lifestyle approach to training that is so easily overlooked. Over time by working on small habits and ways to incorporate this training into your current everyday lifestyle those habits will be able to provide compounding results.

We are a sum of our individual parts, by improving these individual parts our sum will be much greater than when we started.

Range of Motion Coaching

This approach to training is to give you the ability to take your joints to your most active and pain free ranges of motion (ROM) while limiting restriction from surrounding tissues. Flexibility is defined as the ability of relaxed soft tissues (which include muscles, tendons and ligaments) to lengthen correctly, which allows a joint to move passively through its ROM. We are going to be working toward improving both of these aspects of joint health while alleviating any aches and pains along the way.

This will improve your ability to control your own body whenever and however you choose.

Nutritional Coaching

You will be on a macro based food approach. As we work together, we will make adjustments to your calories and macros based on body composition, hunger cues, activity levels, and feedback given by you to find your ideal custom macros to live your best life. But that is just the start of it. This stuff can be given and found by anybody with the right text books, my approach is to take this information and actually make it work for you. Allow it to fit into your current lifestyle with small habit building techniques to create compounding and lasting results. There is no sense in changing without a way for those changes to be sustainable.

That and that alone is the key to reaching your goals.
